Annual Enrollment

      An Annual Enrollment in the Shrine Prayer Guild provides the enrollee, living or deceased, with an assurance of year-long remembrance in prayer at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

      Living enrollments are commonly given for special occasions such as Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Ordinations, Solemn Professions, Baptisms, First Holy Communions, Confirmations, and Graduations. A living enrollment is also a thoughtful gift in times of illness.

      Enrollments for the deceased are both a benefit for the departed soul as well as a great comfort to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

      Those enrolled for annual remembrance, living and deceased, will share annually in the Spiritual Benefits of Novena of Masses offered the last nine days of every month and the Daily Rosary at the Basilica. Additionally, deceased enrollees receive a remembrance in Mass each day during the month of November.

      Enrollment cards are available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, and German.

Please Note: All enrollment requests are printed and mailed on Wednesdays.  Enrollment requests must be made by 11:59p.m. EST on Tuesdays in order to be included.  All orders received after 12:00a.m. EST Wednesdays will be processed the following week.
