The National Shrine Online Memorial Registry
|
The Online Memorial Registry is a virtual extension of the walls of the Memorial Hall which is located in the lower level of the National Shrine. Thousands of names were carved in its marble walls honoring pioneer donors, institutions, and religious who made the construction of the Shrine a reality. The Online Memorial Registry offers you the opportunity to honor a loved one by becoming part of the legacy of those who helped build this magnificent Basilica. It is a Perpetual Enrollment that is not limited to the walls of the Memorial Hall, and it can be viewed anywhere in the world through the Internet. Those enrolled will be remembered in Novenas of Masses here at Mary's Shrine. It is also a wonderful gift for special occasions such as Mother's and Father's Day, Weddings and Anniversaries, Holy Sacraments, the passing of a loved one, Graduations, Thanksgiving to God for blessings received, and Ordinations. |
